Review: Medieval Banquet

A night of indifference ...

I visited the Medieval Banquet just over a year ago with a small group of friends, and I'm sad to say that it didn't go well. The Medieval Banquet is certainly different - it's a themed dinner with entertainment, singing and dancing. The food reminded me of my years back at boarding school ... I actually enjoyed it, but my colleageus didn't and decided to leave after the main course. The entertainment was also mediocre, more suited to a childrens birthday party, except that one of the entertainers was aggressive and rude. I got the feeling that few of them wanted to be there and those that did, were not able to cover for the rest.

While our experience wasn't very good, I think that this could be a fun venue for office parties, particularly if you meet up for a few drinks first.
