When to Book?

Bateaux Lunch & Dinner Cruises have limited availability and should be booked at least a week in advance, preferably earlier if you have a specific date in mind.

Spoil yourself with a truly wonderful, luxurious and unforgettable river cruise through central London. Experience the wonder of the capital from your table on one of Bateaux London's unique restaurant cruisers, the 'Symphony' or the 'Harmony'.

Our international cuisine is freshly prepared on board to produce a mouth-watering à la carte menu (set menu on the Lunch Cruise). A live band and singer will provide the background music to your meal whilst London's landmarks provide the background view.

Choose from a delightful Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Sunday Lunch Jazz Cruise or a fabulous Dinner Cruise experience.

Lunch Cruise:

Step aboard our lunch cruise and enjoy the spectacular views of London, a three course set lunch and audio commentary about the capital's famous landmarks and rich history. Our talented chefs change our menus seasonally with upgrade options and children's menus available, there really is something for everyone.

Afternoon Tea Cruise:

Escape the hustle and bustle of London and board our Harmony vessel for a lazy afternoon on the Thames. You will enjoy a selection of sandwiches, pastries and scones, as well as an assortment of delicious teas. There is a children’s menu and adults can pay a little more to get a glass of bubbly too!

Dinner Cruise:

As the sun sets and the city lights up, step on board and get ready for a very special evening on the river. Your table awaits so sit down, relax and let the boat take you on a journey through the city. When Big Ben chimes it will feel like time is standing still... As you sip on your arrival drink you will begin to smell your delicious food cooking in the kitchen. Step outside to feel the breeze as you pass under London’s most iconic bridges and let the sights unfold around you. As the live band begins to play, your food is brought to your table for you to enjoy with our carefully selected wines. The evening is now in full swing and with more still to come... dessert, more striking London views, a few surprises and maybe some dancing.

Saturdays are 'Big Band Night' with a four piece band and the opportunity for after dinner dancing.

Sunday Lunch Jazz Cruise:

While away your Sunday afternoon with a relaxing jazz cruise on the river as London's famous sights unfold around you. Our talented chefs have created their special twist on the 'Sunday roast' with this three course choice menu. With upgrade options and children's menus available it is equally popular with couples, groups, families and friends. You will get to enjoy a fantastic three piece Jazz band playing well known, easy listening classics.

Sunday Supper Cruise:

Spend Sunday evening on the river with relaxing jazz music and delicious food. Enjoy a two and a half hour cruise which will include a three-course set menu, live music from a three piece band who will cover popular, easy listening Jazz classics.

The dress code for Lunch and Afternoon Tea Cruises is smart casual. The dress code for Dinner Cruises (Monday-Friday + Sunday Supper Cruise) is smart casual: smart, clean trainers are permitted and jeans should not be ripped.

Saturday Night is a formal occasion and time to dress up: black tie for men and cocktail dresses for women (trainers/sports shoes are not permitted and guests without proper shoes will be turned away).

Children aged 12 and under are not permitted on the dinner cruise.
