If you wish to cancel a tour or change your departure date, please contact the Evan Evans Reservations Team on UK +44 (0)20 7950 1777. A refund or date change can be made up to the following notice periods before the date of travel. Cancellations inside notice periods will be charged at 100%.

Coach Tours and Walking Tours

Day Coach Tours, Walking Tours, Small Group Tours: 24 hours
Overnight Coach Tours: 10 days
Warner Bros. Studio Tour: 48 hours
Stonehenge Inner Circle Access Tour: 72 hours
Private Chauffeured Tours: 72 hours

Rail Tours

UK Rail tours: 7 days
Paris tours: 20 days

Attraction Tickets

The cancellation policy for attraction tickets varies by supplier. Please contact us for further information.
