Will you pick me up from my hotel?

Morning and full day tours will depart from Victoria Coach Station (unless otherwise stated). The Evan Evans Tours check-in desk is at Victoria Coach Station, opposite Gate 2. Passengers are advised to arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.

Where will I get dropped off at the end of my tour?

Our Morning tours finish at either Trafalgar Square or Victoria.

For our full day tours, our guides will find out where everyone is staying and will try to plan a route through London that is convenient for you, or advise you how to take the underground or bus services back to your hotel.

How do I get my tickets?

If you book and pay for a ticket online, we will sent you an eticket within a few minutes. This ticket will be valid for travel on your tour or for admission to the particular attraction. If you have not received an eticket within 12 hours of booking, please call Evan Evans Tours on (UK +44) (0)20 7950 1777.

Do I need to print my ticket?

  • London Attractions and 3rd Party Products (e.g. Open-top Bus Tours) : You will require a printed copy of your ticket.
  • Evan Evans Coach and Rail Tours: You do NOT require a printed copy of your eticket, an electronic copy on your phone is sufficient to join the tour.

What is the difference between "Classic" and Select" tours?

Classic Sightseeing Tours include entry into attractions. On the Select Sightseeing Tours, entrance fees are not included, but tickets may be purchased from your guide on the day.

Are your tours multilingual?

Most of our tours are in English only, but we also operate some tours in Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Foreign language tours will sometimes be combined with an English tour using a multilingual guide. The decision whether to operate the tours on separate coaches or together is made by the Evan Evans Tours operations team the day before departure, and is dependent on booking numbers. Unfortunately this is not something we know in advance.

What's not included?
Lunch is not included unless specified. This is so you can make the most for your time. Our guides will give you suggestions on what is available for lunch.

Are there toilets on the coach?

Our coaches do not have toilets on-board, but we make frequent stops and your Guide will be able to direct you to the nearest public restroom.

Can I take my luggage on tour with me?

If you need to take your luggage with you, then we can put this on the bus for you. There is also left luggage at Victoria Coach Station.

Can I make amendments to my booking?

We can make amendments up to 1 hour before departure time for coach tours only (subject to availability). You can email us quoting your booking reference and giving us the details for the changes you wish to make.

What if I need to cancel my tour?

Most of our Coach Tours and Walking Tours can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to departure, but cancellation policy on Rail Tours and Attraction Tickets depends on the specific product. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details.

If I lose something on tour can I get it back?

Whilst every effort is made to return lost property, Evan Evans cannot be held responsible for property left on the coach. Property found must be collected from our offices at 258 Vauxhall Bridge Road, SW1V 1BS.

Are your tours suitable for wheelchair users?

We are able to take folding wheelchairs only on our coaches. We do ask that you are able to climb the stairs on and off the coach with the aid of your helper. Our driver and guide can also assist.
