For the majority of our coach tours Evan Evans offers a full refund or date change up until 24 hours prior to travel. This includes our new tour 'Peppa Pig World Express from London' and also our new 'Hard Rock Tour London' departures, launching in April 2020.
For the following products we offer a full refund or date change up until 48 hours prior to travel:
NEW: instead of the normal 100% charge that would apply to cancelling inside of either 24 hours or 48 hours (see above), we now offer guests the opportunity to re-book on a different date any time up to and including 31st March 2021.
For Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, we offer a full refund or date change up until 48 hours prior to travel.
Due to the nature of this tour we are unable to offer guests the opportunity to book on another date if they have to cancel within 48 hours of travel. We are happy to discuss any extreme circumstances on a case by case basis.
For our Small Group Experiences, we offer guests a full refund or date change up until 48 hours prior to travel, apart from the following which work on a 72 hour basis:
NEW: instead of the normal 100% charge that would apply to cancelling inside of the above time periods, we now offer guests the opportunity to re-book on a different date any time up to and including 31st March 2021.
To date, our policy on day rail tours has been that all are non-refundable once booked.
NEW: We are changing this indefinitely to offer guests a full refund or date change up to 7 days prior to travel for the following tours:
The above change applies only to day rail tours in Standard Class: First Class and overnight rail tours remain non-refundable once booked.
For the Royal Windsor Steam Express products the following cancellation policy applies:
The majority of attractions operate on a freesale basis (excluding Merlin Entertainments & Buckingham Palace State Rooms - see below). When booking freesale Attraction Tickets on our website, guests book into a date and can travel either on that date or up to 30 days after that date. If the ticket is not redeemed at the attraction then a full refund can be given.
Merlin Entertainments: Cancellations made inside 24 hours prior to the booked time-slot will be charged in full. A full refund can be made for cancellations made outside of 24 hours prior to the booked time-slot.
Buckingham Palace State Rooms: For all tickets for Buckingham Palace State Rooms and any combination tickets including the State Rooms, we can offer a full refund or date change up to 48 hours prior to the booked visit date.
The Medieval Banquet - A full refund or date change can be offered up to 5 working days prior to travel.
City Cruises product - A date change within 2020 can be offered up to 48 hours prior to travel.
Bateaux London - A full refund or date change can be offered up to 48 hours prior to travel.

The following products are booked with Virgin Experience Days and their terms and conditions apply.
Refunds can be made on unused Vouchers, Products and Gift Cards purchased direct from us within 14 days of purchase. A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been used to (i) make a booking with or purchase an event ticket from an Operator; or (ii) place an order with a Supplier. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser and the monies will be refunded directly to the original method of payment. Refunds cannot be given on expired, extended or exchanged Vouchers.
