Stonehenge

Our first stop this morning is mysterious Stonehenge, as one of the first visitors of the day we will beat the queues with our fast track entrance tickets. The true meaning of this ancient, awe-inspiring creation has been lost in the mists of time. Was Stonehenge a temple for sun worship, a healing centre, a burial site or perhaps a huge calendar? How did our ancestors manage to carry the mighty stones from so far away and then, using only the most primitive of tools, build this amazing structure? Surrounded by mystery, Stonehenge never fails to impress.

Bath

A whole afternoon to discover Bath's major sights; our tour will show you Pulteney Bridge and the Circus, and you will get a fascinating insight into how Bath became the world-class attraction it is today. Bath offers a unique experience with stunning architecture.

Tour 18B: Roman Baths option
For many, the ancient Roman Baths are a must-see. Built on the site of Britain's only thermal hot spring, the Baths are one of the most famous and important Roman sites in Europe. You'll learn about its origins as a temple, to its eventual development into a bathing complex.

Tour Finishes: approx 7.00pm Victoria Train Station

Victoria Coach Station: Is a 10-15 minute walk from Victoria Train Station. Boarding: Commences 30 minutes prior to departure and the gates close 2 minutes in advance of departure. On Board Our Coaches: There are no toilets and no hot drinks or hot food are allowed (cold drinks & odourless food are allowed).

This tour will not operate on 20 and 21 June due to Summer Solstice.
