Enjoy a fully escorted day rail tour from London to Paris with an English speaking guide – including return tickets on Eurostar, a luxury private coach tour, a one hour circular sightseeing cruise and time to explore.
Rail Tours should be booked at least a week in advance, preferably earlier if you have a specific date in mind. Please ensure you have a valid passport and appropriate visa.
Head to the Eurostar Terminal when you arrive at St Pancras International Station, where an Evan Evans representative will be ready and waiting to greet you with a welcome pack for the day. Included inside is a map of Paris and your tickets for the Eurostar. From there, board the train, sit back and relax and enjoy the journey to Paris Gare du Nord Station that takes a little over 2 hours.
Once you arrive, you'll board a luxury coach ready to enjoy a tour around Paris that takes in all the major sights en-route to your first stop, the Eiffel Tower. Along the way, you'll drive down the most famous street in Paris, the Champs-Élysées, pass through the Place de la Concorde and see the Arc de Triomphe and the Place de la Concorde. Once you arrive at the Eiffel Tower, you'll have time to get up close and take plenty of photos with the world-famous monument.
After your stop at the Eiffel Tower, you'll head off to board a cruise along the River Seine and take in the beautiful views on offer along the Parisian waterfront. Enjoy the audio commentary onboard as you meander along the river and pass under some of its famous bridges. After the cruise, you'll have time to explore the local area and enjoy a spot of lunch.
Back onboard the coach, you'll enjoy another scenic drive through the heart of Paris before stopping at the Louvre Museum to take photos of its iconic glass pyramid.
Next, it's off to Montmartre, a beautiful area of Paris known for its artistic history. Many artists including Monet, Renioir and Degas, had studios here. The Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris, commonly known as the Sacré-Cœur is located at the summit of the hill of Montmartre, from where there are magnificent panoramic views over Paris.
After some free time at Montmartre, rejoin the group aboard the coach and make your way back to Gare Du Nord for your Eurostar train back to London.
Please Note: Notre Dame Cathedral will not be accessible to visitors for the forseeable future.
